See a hidden subliminal message in the lights of the buildings?
Read this if: You are not satisfied with your achievements and you’re tired of trying over and over again.
What you can gain: The things you desire.
Cost: Your own effort and about 20$ in case you decide to buy a book or a CD.
Do Subliminal Messages Really Work? If you’re like most people, you may be skeptical. Please make a compromise and watch the following video, before reading:

Dr Bahador Bahrami, of the UCL Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience and the UCL Department of Psychology, says: “What’s interesting here is that your brain does log things that you aren’t even aware of and can’t ever become aware of. We show that there is a brain response in the primary visual cortex to subliminal images that attract our attention without us having the impression of having seen anything. These findings point to the sort of impact that subliminal advertising may have on the brain. What our study doesn’t address is whether this would then influence you to go out and buy a product. I believe that it’s likely that subliminal advertising may affect our decisions — but that is just speculation at this point.”
It may well be that by letting a subliminal message run on your computer while you do other computer-related tasks, you can improve your life. Imagine becoming smarter, making more money, or improving your relationships automatically! Imagine losing weight, dropping the smoking habit, and eating healthier by doing nothing at all! Subliminal messages do work…and they work astonishingly well. All it takes to influence your subconscious mind is a simple 10-millisecond message flashed in front of you. Instead of being duped by these kinds of advertisements, advertise to your own mind things that you really do want and need to improve your life. Imagine the effects of advertising wealth, success, and happiness to yourself!
Self Talk: Powerful Tool to Attract Prosperity
One of the ways to become more prosperous in life is by carefully selecting what you say to yourself. Self talk has tremendous power, of which only a few of us are really aware!
Realize this. You may be saying something negative about yourself in a light hearted manner. But understand that unless there was some deep rooted negative belief in yourself, you would never have said that. It is this kind self-sabotage that will prevent you from achieving greater things in life. If you want to stop this trend and attract better things into your life, be aware of what you think and say to yourself. Only say those things which you really want to become a reality. Don’t even joke about things you don’t want to experience.
In the 1950’s most people believed it was impossible to run a mile in under 4 minutes. One man did not. His name was Roger Banister. He broke the 4 minute barrier with a world record time of 3 minutes and 59 seconds. He achieved a goal nobody thought was possible. After that something strange happened. People began setting personal goals to run a mile under 4 minutes and were succeeding whereas previously they had tried and failed.
Be happy, break the vicious circle!
1. Change your daily routine; do not allow that routine to become a straight jacket. There is no need to change much: You may not even have scope to make drastic changes in the short term. However, you must be very conscious of the changes you implement.
2. You could try to diversify the way you live. This is a longer term strategy. Again, changes do not have to be drastic. You do not need to pack up everything and go and live on a tropical island. Small changes are enough to change your mindset. For example try travelling by bike sometimes in order to see life from a different perspective. If you normally eat sandwiches at your desk for lunch, take them and sit in the nearest park. Some may think you’re crazy, but others may take note of you as being that bit different.
3. Repetitive and dull actions slowly push your mind into a state of semi hibernation, which slows down your responses to the issues around you, pushing you into a zombie like mode. Start practising some new pastime such as a sport or art form; something that deviates from your recent routine, but makes a positive contribution to your life and feeling of well being.
4. You can also engage your mind in other interesting activities, such as meeting new people or seeking out old friends. Give a call to an old high school friend and go out for some coffee or a beer. Your talks may trigger a chain of events that you store in your mind, but almost never utilize. This would be a good exercise for your mind and, more importantly, a pleasant experience for you.
5. There are sure to be many things you dislike or despise in life. Give them another look, though. Your dislike may originally have been a knee-jerk reaction of some sort. Look at them from a different angle. If there is a person you hate try to put yourself in his or her shoes for a few minutes. Also try to allow your mind to analyze events that you find annoying, and ignore the preconceptions that urge you to judge a person or event in a certain way. You may have some pleasant surprises, but at least, you will have viewed somebody or something from a different perspective.
6. Try to spend some time alone and focus on the things you find pleasurable. The more time you spend in a relaxed and happy state, the more likely your demeanour will rub off on those around you and will come back to you in the form of rewards.
7. If you have some higher goal you wish to achieve there are many commercially available books and videos to help you reach them. Take a look at what is out there. Anthony Robbins is a great place to start. I would wish you luck but if your heart is set you should not need it.
