Who We Are
Another Way Texas Shares (AWTS) is a cooperative effort of nonprofit organizations that care about Texas. Our agencies work to eliminate the root causes of community problems through essential services and advocacy. We help provide more solutions to community problems by raising additional dollars for diverse, innovative nonprofits through payroll deduction in the workplace.
Direct contributions and payroll deductions from employees in participating workplaces support our community-based member agencies. Another Way Texas Shares was started by 19 nonprofits in 1992 and since then has raised over $1.75 million for its members through workplace fundraising.

Contributions
All contributions made through Another Way Texas Shares are distributed to our members according to each donor's preference.
